Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control protocols, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
